About Amplify
As Title Alliance evolved over the years, so did our meetings. Annually Award Ceremonies were held with brief company updates and a dinner outside of our Eastern Corporate Headquarters in Media, PA. As our company began to expand, so did our mindset.
In 2016, as Jim Campbell moved into the CEO Role, he wanted to find a way to focus on providing opportunities for collaboration, connection, community and growth. As such, Amplify was born to amplify both our culture and our teams. As our company continues to evolve, so do and will our Amplify Events.
Traditionally, in October, our leaders meet with one team member from each operation for a 3 day conference focusing on personal growth, professional development, connection and culture building. We look forward to Amplify continuing to growth and to evolve as a cornerstone of Title Alliance’s Culture.
